Matt is well referenced from multiple local RV dealers - I called to request some field service support (water heater, damaged light switch, other issues). Easy to schedule a service day at my location, he arrived with the correct parts and the as able to fix all issues in one trip. Detailed communication throughout the whole process. Superior work and very thorough. Very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and patient with the insurance process. He was able to navigate this process with Progressive in a very stress free manner or as his business title "w/out a hitch." Lol We have an even better awning on our RV than before. We are very impressed with Matt and his crew! I give my full recommendation, and we will be sure to contact him for future RV needs.
